Workshop Format
● Each presentation will include a 5 min combined vision by WG lead.
● Next, 5 min per each sub-task.
● 3 slides will be allocated to each sub-task presentation.
● A unified presentation with about 10-20 slides that covers the whole WG, and all will present back-to-back.
● Presentations will address questions to three main Value Creation Criteria.
● Then presenting person will stop and not making any further comment and all others start commenting for the remained time on the three main criteria.
The three main Value Creation criteria:
1. What is the one key problem in each area that needs to be solved and what has prevented it from being solved to date?
2. What is key to the solution being proposed? What is special and unique about it? Of all the tasks that need to be done to solve the problem, what are the 2 critical issues that must be addressed and that require something novel and unique?
3. Quantify how much of a difference your solution will make if you are successful.
